Role: Lead UX Designer
The primary goal was to create wireframes for a new, modern website that would elevate the user experience through improved interactivity and usability. The existing website was outdated, negatively impacting the company's image compared to competitors in the market. It was crucial to design a solution that not only enhanced usability but also positioned Master Corretora as a contemporary and trustworthy player in the investment sector.
Proccess
Throughout the design process, I held weekly meetings with the client to gather user insights and understand the problems that needed to be addressed. Additionally, I conducted a benchmarking study to identify the strengths and weaknesses of competitors. Based on the discussed challenges and key findings about users and competitors, we brainstormed ideas to guide the creation of the wireframes.
